petition: "Asylum for Ex-Muslims"
is the apostasy in many "Muslim countries" is a capital crime dar. The escape from home for ex- Muslims often the last chance to escape cruel punishment. So far, however, German courts the dangers that threaten these people in the countries of origin, played down in a scandalous manner and denied the right to asylum.
A particularly serious such is the case of Iranian ex-Muslim Siamak Zare: Zare is one of the brave People who have 2007 as part of the campaign of the "Central Council of Ex-Muslims" (ZDE) publicly renounced Islam. His photo was included on his campaign poster next to the photo of the ZdE Chairman Mina Ahadi.
Siamak Zare knows what it can bloom for these provocative action in Iran. The trained camera man has experienced the terror of the regime in the past firsthand. Twice he has been imprisoned in Iran because of his critical attitude and tortured. In 2000, Zare and his family managed to escape to Germany, where one of his two children was born. He hoped to live in Germany in freedom and pursue his career as a cinematographer can. But the German asylum law was not to be.
, the Administrative Court of Kassel, that public rejection of Muslim faith constitutes no sufficient grounds for asylum , as was the case in Zare "religious subsistence" not at risk. This religious subsistence covers namely, the judges said, "next to the practice of religion in domestic private-sector common prayer and worship with like-minded people away from the public." Now, Siamak Zare as a humanist atheist, in fact, not interested in prayer and worship. And so the judge-flown to the monstrous Assertion that Zare religion as a free man could not be pursued at all religious, and therefore not entitled to asylum have .
this misunderstood the judge that Iran now secular opponents of the regime persecuted and murdered, and that atheists are considered a greater threat than system converts to Christianity. Since the mullahs seized power system of thousands of freethinking opponents were executed. The law on Islamic punishments of 8 Mordad 1370 / 30 July 1991 sees as hadd punishment for the "fight against God and the mischief on earth" killing, crucifixion, cutting off the right hand and left foot or banishment from - although it is within the discretion of the judge which of the four penalties he may consider appropriate.
Siamak Zare now has a new asylum application (follow-up application) submitted. We, the undersigned, will monitor this process carefully and expect the judges that they are the legal rights of religion of free people finally respect to the same extent as the needs of religious people! Given the dangers they would face in Islamic-ruled countries like Iran, it should go without saying that Siamak Zare and his family asylum in Germany obtained.
Our demands go beyond the individual case "Siamak Zare," but also: We demand the status of asylum for all ex-Muslims in their countries of persecution, torture, murder are punishable It can not be! that they must live under the constant fear of being deported to countries ruled by Islamic fundamentalists. German politics and the judiciary is urgently required to correct such blatant mistakes!
