report of the BI-speaker "noise-free Havel Lakes: Results of the FLK - State of DFS
Dear members and supporters, among
http://www.mil.brandenburg.de / sixcms/media.php/4055/FLKBBI14FEB2011.pdf
you find the presentation of the DFS, which it has held at yesterday FLK session.
There is also made to our submission of applications, the purposes of the DFS.
results of this and FLK-general meeting (with the conclusion at the end):
first Departure routes
For Nordbahnabflüge west To my understanding, only with more variants than a 15 degree bend to the north (far more than 30) in the debate. The most likely solution is a straight flight. Whether now 0 degrees, 7.5 degrees or 15 degrees: The target point for the different variants for the first kilometer was significantly shifted to the south (Westie), which corresponds to a good piece of our claim. In this respect, quite a (partial) success is in sight. We must of course fight for a more southerly point!
Our proposed route departures is thus to some extent positively prepared / attached. Formally, he was of the DFS "postponed" because he is the first downstream decisions to be taken for the first 20 kilometers. We must be extremely vigilant as to go on from WESTI (or one-to-find yet more southerly point): Transport, which aims to North West must in no case by the WESTI mentioned point across are kept on the Schwielowsee, Werder!
The route will come on Wannsee - cosmetic. It is to be used apparently only for the eastern and northern transport. The former are hardly ever start from the northern runway to the west, the latter are very rare. Overall, we are talking about 2% - ie every hour, even a pilot. This is good for Wannsee and I'm happy for the people living there. For us, of course, the danger of the much more relevant "North West" traffic and it is now (hopefully with the solidarity of the expected already exonerated) to us, to ward off this danger by us.
second Approach routes
approach routes will be introduced in March for the first time by DFS closer. Our proposed route approaches is nevertheless as I have already referred to the meetings in advance as bad Fercher been evaluated by the DFS. Just as predicted by me, the reasons are the same as against the Dr. Fuld proposal: detours and, allegedly, more fuel = more noise. It is true that means a longer flight path more flight time and thus the overall noise emissions are higher. What of it but when people arrive as emissions, is ignored by DFS! The relationship of minor and major settlement amount is not considered. It is feared that the members of the FLK no desire and knowledge has really enter into the debate with the DFS. The expert, Dr. Fuld, this could, was the MIL so unloaded and moved to the next meeting ...
The information is ultimately quite simple: you want no detours, so you will not pass on any approaching loops away from BBI. It remains to be seen whether the "narrow" or "close" approach loops somehow better for us to be so far planned. Then we work (in addition to the adherence to our great recommendations of the long distance!) Out.
third Night flight ban on night flights was
respect our request (well, content) adopted by the FLK! The FLK officially called a strict ban on night flights 22.00 - 06.00 clock. Unfortunately, the statements of policy seems to be working fully, the media reported only in subordinate clauses of this. In the foreground the (alleged) Discharge of Berlin is the "brand new routes." One could feel To win it would have been the intention to stir with "horror-routes" to a debate that puts everything else into the shade and enforce all other destinations through the back door. There remains only the people's initiative!
4th Differential charging
DFS takes this nature, not the position. The MIL wanted the debate by a treacherous attack - can kill, and by waving the airport design - a flight to the agenda set than the previous theme of a totally predictable overloaded session. Here, the back door planning is not all work out, because on Sunday I get the draft resolution and shouted loud "Alarm" have. Thanks to recording by two news agencies broke this for a very nice noise in the print media and the Commission has postponed the item to the next meeting. Members will be informed of us know and they know at this next meeting, which bears to untie them as wants. The documents to be found on our website under "Press Releases".
5th Altitudes
DFS does not accept our (many others also represented) call for maximum flight altitudes. Who in this village I was, has already heard, as Bretschneider & Co. have just set pieces and then promised them much relief. Now it is obvious smokescreen! The desired capacity of the airport is so high that the DFS throughout the sky "up and down" needs. The statements of the DFS "rely for security on all the available flight levels may need to" is clear. In short: you will still be with us even 1,000 meters deep - unless the policy makes the DFS duly steam.
The claim that an approach angle of 3.2 degrees, which is very common internationally is an "increase" is based on the current status of course, correct. Who after Werder Ludwigsfelde flies straight, has 0 degrees ... but the fact that an increase would be to go beyond what is technically correct, is beyond me. It is very convenient for the DFS, if allowed to fly anywhere. AND AGAIN: It is the huge number of flights, which claims the airport, the DFS forces to use the air space completely - without regard to noise control.
6th CDA (Continuous Descent)
This should come. It remains to be seen in what way and to what extent. For the statements that were 3.2 degrees too much, not just the promise of great benefits ...
7th Aircraft noise complaints
The noise officer is explicitly a large number of complaints from Werder and Schwielowsee mentioned J
Conclusion:
We are on track to achieve improvements. If we continue to fight some request, we will move some or secure the already achieved movement.
We are just where it could bring benefits for all people (night flights, flight altitude, distant approach loops), however, against a concrete wall. We therefore need other tools - use - also a popular initiative. To this end, the preparations behind the scenes in full swing!
Best regards Peter
Kreilinger
